We traveled with 1 kitten at an additional cost which we where aware of at reservation time. What we were not aware of was the Billing. They charged our card two rates, the room and pet rates seperatly. Then I noticed an additional charge which was a combined charge of both stated above. Altogether three separate charges! Called Hotel, manager said the individual charge for room and pet will " drop off" in a few days. They should notify you of this at check out. It would allivate additional calls and not to mention stress. Good ending charges did " drop off" 😊

Hotel staff, especially at the front desk they were amazing and friendly. Room was nice and clean but toilet was leaking everywhere. The housekeeping staff were a bit strange and wouldn’t swamp towels for me, but the front desk did it, no issues. The included breakfast was full of amazing fresh fruit salad, and good basic options. Location was central and close to alot of food options.

I liked everything about this motel. The room was very clean. Everything in the room worked correctly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of choices. It was a great stay.

We cannot recommend this hotel. We were in room 515. The tub/shower does not work properly (Management was notified). There was no hair dryer in the room (Management found one for us). The breakfast food area is extremely small for a hotel with five floors. The staff at check-in showed no enthusiasm for their job.

There was only one functioning elevator. The motel was booked to capacity with an athletic event that weekend. Have only one elevator meant waiting to go up or down to your fifth floor room.

No sheets for the pullout. Also when I turned out the bed, the duvet was dirty. Called the front desk who brought the sheets and another duvet, which was stained. Ended up buying our own blankets. Staff was nice, and the pool refreshing. Bed was comfortable once sanitized.

The entire staff was super nice and friendly. Extra shout out to Miss Carolyn at the front desk and Miss Jackie doing the breakfast. Everything was hot and good good good. Thanks for having such great employees and a great hotel.

Nice rooms very clean, hard to find kinda tucked away. Continental breakfast was fantabulous! Been staying here every year for years! Never disappoints
